Massimo was born in Novara in Romans 1968, city where he still lives and works. Among the recurring themes of his works are: moto, auto d'epoca, but also human figures, filled in a minimalist landscape with, which make him look out of time. While the main players are painted with precision and realism, urban scenarios in which they are located are almost indefinite, built through the different variations of gray. Case, roads, that seem to vanish into thin air. Smokestacks, or nuclear power plants, that seem to be a warning against environmental disasters.
From the technical point of view, the color is laid on the canvas with precision, appears smooth, never clotted. Almost monochrome paintings, dominated by gray, But what stands out on the color, always on, of key stakeholders, able so quickly to attract the attention of the observer.
